Do the prices include VAT?
The prices on the website include VAT and delivery to the Republic of Ireland.

Do Outdoor Canopies offer a cash on delivery service?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer this service for online purchases; payment must be made in advance.

What happens once my order is placed?
You will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive an email advising re your delivery date.

What is the usual delivery time?
Online orders are delivered within 2-4 working days. You will be informed if there is to be a delay.

Can I request a particular date for delivery?
You can and we will do our best to accommodate you but it may not always be possible.

Can I hold the delivery if I’m not ready?
Yes and you can advise us when you are ready for delivery.

Can I order my delivery to a different name or address?
Yes. You can advise of the delivery address when you order.

When should I expect to hear when my delivery will be?
You will be advised 1-2 days beforehand.

Am I eligible for the installation service?
We have installers in many counties, please check the website to see if installation is available in your area.

Who could install if you do not have a local installer?
A good handyman could do the installation easily. Detailed instructions are included. He would need a masonry drill.   If you don't know a local handyman we suggest you use a website like where you can get a list of options.

How is the Clothesline delivered?
Deliveries are by courier

Do I need to be there at time of delivery or can somebody else sign for it?
It will be necessary for you or someone appointed by you to sign for your delivery.

What action do I need to take if items are missing or damaged?

If my Clothesline Canopy gets damaged can I purchase replacement parts?
Yes, in the unlikely event that your Clothesline Canopy gets damaged please contact us detailing the parts you need to purchase and we will arrange to send you replacement parts.

If I change my mind after I receive my Clothesline Canopy, can I return it?
Yes. If you return it within 14 days in the original packing and unused we will refund your money. You will only pay for the cost of return.  If you have installed the Canopy and are not happy after a 3 month trial we will take it away and refund your money. If the Canopy is damaged or has missing parts we will not be able to offer this service.

Is there a guarantee?
Yes, we offer a 5 year guarantee on all parts of the Clothesline Canopy. We cannot offer a guarantee on installations that are not carried out by one of our own installers.
